A very warm welcome to Owl Class
Pupils had an absolutely fantastic time on our exciting school trip to the SEA LIFE Centre in Weymouth! We saw an amazing variety of animals, including adorable newborn baby penguins, which were a real highlight for everyone. During a fun and interactive workshop, the children became animal explorers, hunting for different creatures by matching them with fascinating facts. We learned all about poisonous animals, discovered that starfish can regrow their limbs, and were amazed to find out that octopuses have more than one heart! The children were also fascinated to learn that clownfish can change gender as they grow. It was a brilliant day packed with discovery, excitement and curiosity, and the children came away buzzing with new knowledge.
