Pen Mill are pleased to be able to offer a Breakfast and After School Club facility.  If you would like your child to attend, please complete the relevant forms below.

Breakfast and After school club application forms 

Please be aware that from September 2023, paid afterschool club will only be on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and cost £3.25 per session.
